Service Agreement

 Lukey Dukey's Pooper Scoopin' will provide pet waste removal services at the Client's designated property. Services may include:

• Removal of dog waste from lawn, yard, or agreed-upon areas
   
• Disposal of waste will be double bagged and placed into a trash can on-site (unless otherwise agreed)

•  Services will occur on a Once or Twice a Week basis depending on the service selected.
   
• The Client agrees to ensure clear and safe access to the yard on scheduled service days.
   
• If access is blocked (e.g. locked gates, aggressive pets), service may be skipped and still billed.

 The Client agrees to:

• Keep gates unlocked or provide access codes
   
• Ensure yard is reasonably maintained (e.g., grass not overgrown)
   
• Notify Lukey Dukey's Pooper Scoopin' of any changes to pets or access
   

•  Service fees are based on the number of visits per week as well as the number of dogs.
   
• Payment is due in advance and charged monthly. This amount may vary due to some monthly having 5 weeks instead of 4 weeks.
   
• Late payments may incur a late fee of $25 or cancellation of service.

• Client must give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. No prorations or refunds will be given for skipped services. 

• Missed visits due to weather or holidays may be rescheduled.
   
• Repeated cancellations may result in termination of services.

Lukey Dukey's Pooper Scoopin' reserves the right to refuse service due to:

• Dangerous animals
   
• Hazardous conditions (e.g., flooding, sharp objects)
   
• Excessive accumulation of waste

•  Lukey Dukey's Pooper Scoopin' is not liable for damage caused by normal waste removal activities.
   
• We will notify you of any hazards, damage, or concerns observed during service.

•  Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ notice. No refunds for pre-paid services will be issued if termination occurs mid-cycle, unless agreed upon. 

• By accepting or scheduling service, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement.
